Our service will include creative approach to the project through analysis of several design proposals and options, if necessary, to meet your requirements.

Mcube are a small team of architects based in Ireland. We have a combined experience of 10 years, working on a variety of projects of varying sizes in Ireland, Eastern Europe and Middle East region. Upon being awarded the project, I will take the lead role in producing the design and deliverables, and will manage the project to completion. The envisaged timeline is: 1. Analysis, detailing and agreement of the brief, and accommodation schedule. 2. Initial massing orientation and site layout. 3. Schematic plans sections, elevations and 3d images. 4. Revision plans sections, elevations and 3d images. 5. Final package submission. The above work will amount to 15 working days, excluding any floating periods for approvals. A detailed project schedule will be provided upon award. The intended deliverables are: 1:500 site layout plan 1:100 or 1:200 floor plans 1:100 or 1:200 elevations - 4 pcs. or as needed 1:100 or 1:200 sections - minimum 2 or as needed 3 presentation images showing intended materials and any visual elements designed A report describing the project, the presented concept's features, materials, possible challenges and directions for development. A reconciled area schedule. Any work that is considered in addition to the above, will be identified, and fair compensation will be agreed as necessary.
