Develop a Flyer/ brochure for an event in Washington DC

We are organizing an event on July 23 in Washington DC. For details, please see the attachment. There will be a panel of speakers. I need to create a flyer or whatever you may want to call it (brochure etc.) to attract good audience to attend it. It is going to US based CEOs, presidents, vice presidents of companies and organizations. The developed product should be classy, easy to read, yet very attractive. There should be 2 versions: a one pager (short version) and a two pager. I will expect creative designing etc. from you. I will provide the names of speakers for this event and some content. You may want to get the pictures of speakers or related pictures from internet to make the flyer attractive. You can see the attached file to get an idea of content. Use the attached flyer for content purposes only and use your own creative ideas to develop a decent, attractive event flyer. I will need an HTML version and a PDF flyer. In past, similar work with excellent quality has been accomplished by pros/ experts in 1 to 2 hours (not more than that at all). We have a fixed budget of $10 for this project. I will need hassle free and prompt communication. Payment will be made only after satisfactory flyer is obtained. I will need the work done ASAP.
