Design a banner for me (JPG)

Hi, I am looking for somebody to design a banner for me. This is what I would like: The banner HAS to be 120px - 128px in height. It needs to be around 400px in length. It would need to be rotated at around a 5-10 degree angle. I would like the banner to have smooth edges and a border of probably 1-2pxs. I have drawn a really bad example of what I would like but it gives you the idea! The colour which is red would need to be in the shade of #ed1c22 or possibly changed to a blue of #004ff2 (it would be nice if you could provide me with examples of both). The white text I would like to compliment the other text on the website. The website is [login to view URL] The text would need to portray a 'fun' feel but not look too unprofessional. Also, we don't really like animal testing. We're just putting a fun thing onto the website where customers show us their pets using our products, thus testing them!!!
