Banner designers needed on a regular basis for website

Dear applicants, I am the owner of the successful website www.webbanner24.com. This website offers a free banner maker and we get about 200 unique visitors a day. As a new monetization model we want to implement a new banner creation service. We want to offer potential customers the service to create banners for them. The visitor can order a banner with the needed requirements like text, pictures, content, and so on and get the banners designed and sent to him or her by us. Similar business models are already realized through websites like [login to view URL] or www.bannersmall.com. Both websites offer banner design services for circa 33 - 40 $ for a banner. I would also charge 35$ for the first banner and 25$ for all additional banners. The revenue will be split by 50%. So if you would build a banner for 35$ you will get 50% which will be 17,50$ for you. Of course, I also want to offer some extras like PSD files, animated banners, Flash banners, and maybe even HTML5 banners. These extras will be added up to the price. I want to offer potential customers 3 free revisions if the banner design doesn't suit their expectations.
