Assemble Photo Slide Show Movie

G' Day Talented Video Creators, I require a full AVI movie slide show created with 25 motivational texts, introduction and ending text and background images. You can download a 30 MB file at [login to view URL] which includes. 3:02 minutes of background music 55 photo backgrounds 25 motivation text with intro and ending text Your task is to arrange all the text so that it large and readable on each slide plus arrange the timing within the 3 minutes so there is enough time to read each slide comfortably. Place this text on photo backgrounds. I don't need you to include all the photos just the best ones. I require smooth transitions between all text and photo slides. I would prefer the work completed in sony vegas so you can include the template and I can edit it myself. Because AVI is so big..
