93611 CSS Designer /Graphics

Read before you show interest. I have a website running on joomla and i am looking to leave the joomla system and go with a basic html site setup. I do not need the joomla functionality that is currently on the home page. (font size, fluid layout etc.) I need someone to clone my template design which is really simple if you have css, graphic design and a bit of js or dhtml skills for tabs. You must be able to validate the css/html - w3c. homepage is hillmanre.com. I need this done asap. You must have strong graphic design and css skills. You do not really need graphic skills for this project but I will not hire anyone who is not skilled in graphic design. The most you will design is maybe new rounded corners for the tabs, edges and bg link images. ALl image should be small in kb's for fast loading. I want the content paragraphs justified with ariel font.
