Adding account in adwords editor - won't accept my account

So I have an google adwords account and all that, but when I just downloaded the editor, and tried to "add account" it said (and I quote) "sign up failed. The username or password you entered is incorrect."
Well I already checked my username and password many times, I did a search on this and couldn't get info about it. Who knows what could be going on? BTW I want to launch my ad campaign tonight, and I go to bed in about 3-4 hours. Thanks.
