The blog is based on personal story/event in my life, then use the latest/trending research on the subject to highlight the points and the end / conclude with my personal story. This approach will give the blog more gravitas because we can argue for or against what the latest theories are by showing how sometimes real life can be different from studies. Or we can start with an important or relevant line from the latest research and then use my story to highlight the arguments. We can chose one or two of the latest studies as a base.
