The topic encompasses the areas of self-help, storms of life, and living your best life/purpose. (overcoming adversity is a rich fictional format with highlighting lessons and key thoughts in each chapter)
Pages? - Aprox 175-200 in standard paperback size
My thought is I would sketch out the outline. With key points to be covered in each chapter. Story theme and names and feel for the scene of the chapter. Then work together to have my spin incorporated. If we can strike a good balance it could be very rewarding project. These jobs would also incorporate standard English editing and grammar.

1 - is the combination of a ghostwriter and editor, who enjoys and is experienced in writing a fictional story based, overcoming obstacles/adversity, and helping people finding passion, potential & purpose
2 - no set time-frame but needs consistent work to achieve in reasonable time.
3 - is willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
4 - complete confidence in confidentiality
5 - convert the finished MS Word product into other formats such as PDF in Adobe Acrobat in a 6x9 inch or other format and formats such as kindle & other formats (though not a deal breaker if it cannot be done) as I know many serves can do so
6 - We work as a team to have my spin/thoughts and some terminology that will need to be included in some places
7 - It could also lead to a series of books on the same type of work that I have been tweaking and incorporating in my business and personal life.
8 - Guessing one that loves creative writing, expressive and adjectives - while helping others.
9 - Must Emotional connect with the reader

My company is based in America and about motivation, inspiring people to live a rewarding life. I believe that whomever writes this project is twofold - that we need to work as a team for key concepts and the words used to change these lives. Second it will be successful and enough to continue working together for the series that is planned. It will keep us both very busy over the next few seasons. In addition to my years of experience as a writer, I have recently weathered the abandonment by my heroin-addicted husband of our family and me.
