Clone Userplane web chat

What I am looking for is clone of the chat system [login to view URL] - I know their applications are quite nice and well finished with lots of glitz and glamour. I need the core functions, as well as a nice look. I would like our design / this clone to be better. Please quote each project (i.e. the webchat, instant messenger, and webcam recorder) individually. Webchat - I need a webcam based groupchatroom. This group chatroom should allow users to see each other's profiles, one click view webcam, etc. [login to view URL] is an example of what I am looking for. You can view the demo here: [login to view URL] . Instant Messenger: The instant messenger needs to be a flashbased instant messenger that can work across the entire site. So if someone is logged in and someone chooses to send them an instant message than a window of sorts should open up with the conversation. It needs to allow for webcam just like the chatroom. You can see an example of what I am looking for also at [login to view URL] to see the example click on a persons name in the left panel, than in the bottom left click the 'IM' icon. Webcam Recorder: Pretty self-explantory, here is an example: [login to view URL] . All programs will obviously have to work with flashcom, and I expect some help setting up in the beginning (from there I will be ok). The applications should be quoted indidivudally if possible, so I can get an idea of what each section will cost. I require all source code, etc. I expect a good quality finish on the product. Note - I beleive someone here has already cloned this system - we are in a hurry and would like to see demo soon
