Need a very simple flash banner made. Pictures fading in and text sliding, nothing difficult - but I want you to have a careful eye for DETAIL. You have to place all elements exactly as in the provided design, and do it from the start without me having to point it out later. Max budget for this banner is 15$. You need to be able to start on this project today and be available on Skype precisely 21.00 GMT +0 time. I will provide all graphics and your job is to animate it according to my instructions. I will need this banner in 5 different versions later on too, but first we will do this one and see how it goes.
