Asia Has Talent CSS website design

I am looking for a designer to design the new [login to view URL] and local country websites At the moment we have [login to view URL] but we now want to expand into the rest of asia using a central portal called "Asiahastalent" which shows the following available websites to visit: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Full details of the requirements will be sent to users who have bid for the job and also show me their portfolio. What we have is: 1 Portal Website called "AsiaHasTalent.com" used as a landing page, who we are, contact us 14 working websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] that will all use exactly the same website design, only the flag at the top of the page and also the text for which country you are already clicked into (so if you visit [login to view URL] then you will see in the design the Thailand flag along with the word "Thailand" somewhere. What is required: 1 - (1 logo) - Logo for asia has talent (please look at the example logo files that I have created, i like their concept but the logo examples i created are not good but you will get the drift) 2 - (1 Homepage) - Homepage design for asiahastalent - something like rotating flags that a user can visually see they can select to go visit different countries 3 - (1 master template) - 100% CSS based website layout master template page for asiahastalent (one only) (so i can add the about us, contact us pages etc... using this 1 master template page) 4 - (1 Homepage) - Homepage design for all the other 14 country websites 5 - (1 master template) - 100% CSS based website layout for all the other 14 country websites (11 master template page that will be used for all other pages in all the websites) Summary: [login to view URL] will be a landing page only that users can sign in, sign up and see all the 14 other asian countries like thailandhastalent.com. I envisage seeing some kind of flags or map that indicates to the user all the different countries (i.e. chinahastalent, vietnamhastalent, thailandhastalent etc...) so that they can then click to visit.
