Convert online vids to iPhone

I need a series of 58 online videos recorded and converted to iPhone/iTouch video format (480x320 m4v). They must be recorded online first because they are made up of numerous individual swf files, so I can't simply convert them. These videos average 15 minutes in length and have audio as well. They must be organized and delivered in two separate zip files according to the two separate pages I will be giving you with the links to all the videos. I need this done by end of day Saturday, 6/5 so it is a rush. Don't start it if you can't finish by then. It is a very straightforward project for someone with the right software and equipment.
