Add simple backend 2

I need a coder to add a backend so I can edit the pages for the site: www.halltekmedia.com. I need to be able to edit the following: 1. The browser title text. 2. The logo image. 3. The copyright text (at the bottom) 4. The 9 menu text screens (on the homepage) 5. Edit all title text, regular text, images (by upload in all formats), and video (by uploads in all popular video formats) for all pages. 6. On the Contact page, remove the most right text column. Add a contact submit form to that right column area with the sections: 'Your Name' field, 'Your Email' field, 'Subject' field, body text field, and 'Submit' button. The emails from this form should be sent to contact[at][login to view URL] Look at each page and check out the functions of the page. For example, the Tutorials page allows the person to click different images and a different text will appear above. Thanks for looking at my project. Matt ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The web site must be working properly and completely functioning in all web browsers.
