Animated Flash Banner Needed for website

For a clothes-webshop, We need an animated (flash)banner that reacts when a website-visitor moves the mouse and when the visitor doesn't move the mouse. The banner has the following requirements: - size 675 px with and about 230 px height - This banner should play once and then stop till the website-visitor moves his mouse. Then the banner should play again. - The banner should have white background - In the banner there must be a sort of a Pickle (see uploaded file, for an example) - This Pickle should walk from left to right and back from right to left, with his thumb up. In the meantime at the top of the banner, there should be a flickering text. - Only if the visitor of the website doesn't move the mouse, the pickle should wave with his hands and put one foot in the ground with his arms crossed over. Then the pickle should take a chair to sit down and fall in to sleep. - When the visitor of the website moves the mouse, then the pickle should wake up from his sleep and the banner should play again from the beginning (walking from left to right and back with thumbs up...).
