Animated Logo - Flash Header for Websites

We need an animated header for our website. The website will be called ProLacer. We are open to ideas. Our first thought is to have the words ProLacer running across the screen with wheels on it like a car...fire coming out the back...lots of movement and then the flash video stops after all activity takes place becoming the header/logo for every ProLacer page. If it helps with your creativity on the animation, ProLacer stands for Lead Auto Capture Email Responder. This will be an internet marketing lead capture page. The Car animation isn't mandatory, just an idea. I'm open to seeing your examples, suggestions. Maximum budget for this is $70. Thanks!
