Create live flash player with multi-audio switch

I am looking to provide live broadcasting services with two audio feature (users can choose which one to listen to by pressing a button on player) for live broadcasts that are being translated to a different language. Currently we provide live streaming services using FMLE, Vidblaster, Wirecast, FMS, Wowza, JW Player. We have already tried putting a separate JW Player with 2nd audio stream after the original player (which has audio muted). However, this is not a solution, because of synchronization problems. Therefore I am looking for a person who can either build this functionality on JW Player preferably or build it on a different player. One idea worth playing with is sending audio1 and audio2 in separate channels in stereo, and later turning one on and other off, however it is mandatory to have audio in both speakers.
