Code Flash contact form with AS 3.0 and php

I have an contact form on a Flash site that is currently in development. I need the form coded with actionscript and also the php file which the contact form will send the information to. Contact form needs to work the same was as a normal html form would work, and send the email without opening an email client. In other words NOT, like a 'mailto:' link. Excellent english is a MUST. Dont bother wasting yours and my time if your english is no good. Would like to get it done as cheap as possible. More work in the future for the right person.
