Consultancy service for OPIC-focused project in E Africa

I am looking for a dynamic business consultant with expertise preparing plans for financing of small and medium enterprise firms. I am looking to engage institutions like OPIC and other US and global multilateral firms to raise money for a small business focused on the promising market of South Sudan. The person ideal for this assignment would be adaptive, has good contacts and experience with institutions like OPIC and IFC, can arrange meetings with decision makers, and can prepare a credible pitch for our firm as it pursues financing to enter a promising but risky post-conflict environment.
