I need to have some AFL code cleaned up.
I have 19 watchlists (#3 - #22) containing stocks. There is overlap between some of the lists.
I want to scan through each watch list and create a composite of the number of stocks where a certain criteria is met (TSI is greater than zero). Separately, I plot that as a percentage (the number of stocks >0 out of the entire watch list).
I have code that works for the SCAN to create the composite — one at a time. So, I have 22 different scans. Each time, I have to specify the Filter in the Analysis UI Window. I want to combine those into a single file so I only have to execute it one time, programmatically calling each Watchlist/Filter and doing the calculation.
I have 3 different code pieces I am working with. I will provide them to you.
Sample #1: The Scan that works one watch list at a time.
Sample #2: An attempt to combine that logic into a single SCAN. (It does not iterate and does not correctly create any composites).
Sample #3: The code that reads the value stored in the composite, calculates the %, and plots it.
