Assist with Project Management

We are looking for a energetic, super-organized Assistant to support the private life of SoundCloud’s co-founder and CTO, Eric Wahlforss. Important: You will be hired by Eric privately and will not be working for or at SoundCloud. This is a work-from-home; part time role (16 hours per week) which will require a certain degree of flexibility. The role is focused on the following tasks: ● finances: ○ handling private bank accounts ○ payment of incoming invoices ○ communication with financial and tax advisors, notaries and book keepers ○ handling of investments ● general correspondence and setting appointments with: ○ lawyers, tax advisors, notaries, health insurance, financial and tax authorities, financial/ tax advisors ○ doctors ○ architects ○ hair dresser, etc. ● incoming/outgoing post ● filing of personal documents ● household & errands: ○ Liaise with cleaners, removal companies/ organise transportation, liaise with contractors ○ pick up dry cleaning ○ online purchasing of gifts, furniture, music instruments, household gadgets, etc. ● booking of holidays/ travel ● general research ● planning of events (private parties, organisation of participation in events in Berlin and elsewhere) ● lifestyle management These qualities are preferable: ● self-starter; working independently and without much supervision ● excellent time and project mgmt skills ● solution-oriented working style Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably in the financial sector) or a degree in Business Administration or Economics would be an advantage. Languages: As you will have to deal with local financial and tax matters, a high level of German is required for this role. Conversational English is also needed. Swedish would be a bonus. Start date: 1 June 2015
