Design a dynamic and interesting facebook fanpage

I need to operate and manage my Fanpage through my blog CMS panel. Therefore the bidder would need to design the tabs in WP format and install the necessary software for me to manage it going forward. The design and style of our pages need to be very interesting to the person and not boring layouts and color combinations.

The tabs that are required to be designed are as follows:-

1. Welcome tab - This will provide the relevant enticement offer to enable people to "LIKE" our page.

2. After clicking the "LIKE" page the person will be provided with the offer that the can download. The download link will expire within a given number of days.

3. Youtube tab - The layout of this within facebook fan page needs to be interesting

4. Other social media links to be made available on the fanpage such as blog, twitter, pinterest

2. After clicking LIKE another page needs to appear to provide the offer

Design coding with Facebook new time line format 6. A Sign up box to get leads on the fan page. 7. Links to all other social media sites and your website 8. You tube videos integration 9. Opt-in Service Integration (Mailchimp, aweber, contact contact etc).

Please give some examples of your previous work. Even if you designed static pages.
