Social Media Marketing / Get users to register and actively engage in all site events

I need help getting my site more users using social media advertising and increase my facebook page likes for my company. This company is only tailored to car enthusiasts of all ages, races, and gender that enjoy modifying vehicles and racing vehicles or motorcycles. Right now I am looking for US user to register on the site but will expand overseas. My site is a free to use and it is a competition site where you can earn points for winning races, posting forums and participating in other events on the site. Looking to get close to 1000 users registered as soon as possible and close to the same amount of 'likes' on facebook.
