Facebook Auto-Like Program - open to bidding

I am trying to establish a business that distributes/sells Facebook likes to my clients. There are several people/businesses that sell Facebook likes. You can see several of these businesses selling likes on websites like Fiverr. These business have purchased several hundred Facebook phone-verified accounts (PVA's). When customers purchase likes, they simply load their Facebook PVA accounts into the software and run it to generate 'Likes' for their clients.

I am looking for an experienced programmer to design an application/program that can be used for generating automatic likes. When I get an order, all I want to do is upload my list of Facebook accounts and run the program to generate the 'Likes' for my client.

The software must be capable of consistently delivering hundreds of Facebook likes reliably to my customers (i.e. it must be stable). The software must be capable of working on a Microsoft operating system, but it would be preferable if it worked on both Microsoft and Apple systems.

I will need a working program with all source files and code. Evidence of a working program and receipt of the software is required before payment. I am only looking for Freelancer programmers with positive feedback history that have worked well with other customers on this site.
