Custom E Vite Electronic Invitation System

Hello! I am looking for someone to custom design a custom e - electronic invitation system. This system will be web based & hosted independently. Company website is ASP based & tools needed are PHP so we are going to just separate the two. This is for a busineseir own personal Facebook, Yahoo, GMail (from the invitation site) & produce a personalized e-mail invitation out to the gs that specializes in Home SPA Parties. To make it as easy as possible for the people hosting a Home SPA Party to invite as many of their friends & family as possible, the process of inviting guests will begin by using a product (that I already own) called ViralInviter.com. This will allow the hostess to collect e-mail addresses easily. [login to view URL] will need to be installed. After the e-mails are collected via the ViralInviter tool: *Automatically create en event page *Send personalized invitation to prospective guests of event *Ability for person getting invite to RSVP, YES, NO, MAYBE *Ability for people to comment, i.e. "looking forward to coming", "can't wait to come", "sounds fun!" *Ability to send follow up e-mails (reminders of event, event updates, thank you for coming, follow up survey of event *Event Dashboard set-up for person hosting event to log in & see who has RSVP'd, get ideas for food & drinks to serve for event, a FAQ area, etc. *Ability to set a capacity to event. *Send automatic e-mails to pre-determined list of emails to alert people RSVP ing, capacity has been met, etc. *Have option of pre-paying for event or offering early bird pricing *Google Map to event (attendee can input a starting point, end point is automatically pre-populated) *Send reminder & directions to event via text alert if requested when RSVP ing *Ability for company personnel to log in & monitor individual events *Ability to print out invitations *Ability to Print out guest list *Ability to Print out name tags *Ability to Post to Facebook *Take advantage of Social Networking tools *Any other ideas to make useful, helpful tool for successful, memorable events Note: Custom invitations, reminders, thank you notes, templates & graphics will be designed by other designer.
