Do some Excel work

Hi Employer,   Myself new to freelancer. Being a newbie, i dont have much experience with freelancer but much experience in my skills   My Cons I have few project history I have few good rating My Pros I can handle data very well being a data entry professional I have excel expertise and other office skills I can deliver the project o on time   But this is how i work. 1. You chat with me before awarding the project to me. I will not accept the proposal if you didn't chat with me. 2. Once the project is accepted and once u got the sample work, you have to release s milestone payment and at least 3 milestone payment has to be there before the final payment for project completion 3. Delivery time will be 100% followed 4. Work and payments will be strictly within freelancer. no outside work and payment are entertained   The number of days for project completion is tentative and once you are awarding the project for a different time. you have to award me a different project where i bid in that project with that much time.
