By the way, the spreadsheet you mentioned is attached isn't there, but the project is pretty self explanatory. My proposed solution: 1. I would use a modeless userform for the button, which can be moved around on the screen, or even minimized/resized. 2. I've created many similar tools that print to PDF or saved printer names, so this would be no problem. 3. The row highlighting can be accomplished with conditional formatting, though it could certainly be done with VBA if that is what you wish. 4. No problem!
