Digital Marketing - Campaign Delivery Tracker: DFA/etc

I work at a digital marketing agency. Our business is in the process of changing the manner in which they approach billing such that all media from October will be invoiced on an as-bought basis. This means that they have (understandably) shifted in their thinking to now be primarily concerned as to the pace of their online campaign delivery/subsequent under-delivery. We have a long-term solution that is about 6 months away, but In the interim we are needing to provide a stop-gap solution. Our providers for ad serving are: DFA/eyewonder/Flashtalking/Mediamind, and we would need to get information from iDesk in order to get details on the amount of advertising purchased. I have attached the Excel output that the business requires. This piece of work must be completed by mid-September at the very latest. We would be looking for the simplest possible solution as this is not necessarily going to be maintained long term. Likely this would involve importing data from an FTP site, and creating an Excel macro that could be updated with new data on a daily basis. More details to follow. We are looking to pay approximately £1500 for the successful completion of this task.
