Hello, I am an expert in VBA and VB.NET with almost 10 years of experience. I have the code to translate text in excel lying around, so I already have it available. It is a function that can be called as a formula in excel: you just type in a cell: =TranslateText(A1;"Dutch";"English") and the English translation of the Dutch text will be shown in the cell. I could also make it into an Excel Add-In so you have the function available in ALL you excel sheets (it doesn't matter which Excel file you open). This will be included within my bid. The function supports over 60 different languages (though I didn't test them all personally yet). need to know how many rows,columns,and sheets in each workbook need translating. i can have a popup for you to select each workbook. also, i would not use Excel's translate (my Excel macro will translate using a google translate, so you will need Internet Explorer installed). Note: you may have to disable a warning on your browser to save time.
