Analyze some Data

Hello, I am looking for a simple excel tool I can use to help calculate the cost of different staffing schedules. I want to be able to calculate the following shift schedules: Days on Days off •15 and 6 ◦Wednesdays remember that all crews work ◦This is a 3 crew schedule •8 and 6 ◦Wednesdays all crew would work, 2 crews going off and 2 coming on ◦this a a 4 crew schedule •8 and 4 ◦3 crew schedule 10 and 5 ◦3 crew schedules I need to know the following over a fixed period (per full rotation?) •total of labour •total regular time •total over time •calculate hours per person •calculate the $ cost Use 15.00/hour/regular employee Use 20.00/hour/supervisor Assume15 persons per crew Assume 2 of those people are supervisors I need a front page that will allow me to change some variables, calculate the changes and apply them to the different staffing options. For example what happens if crew size changes to 20 people or a group works 16hrs instead of 12. Thanks for your help
