We are a charitable foundation based in Box Hill, Vic. We require a bookkeeper experienced in Quickbooks to complete monthly balance sheet and P & L reporting, including GST records and reconciling one employees payments. Documents would be available for pick up around 10th of each month for reports to be prepared in the next 10 days. We have about 20-30 transactional inputs/month so this is not a large job. Maintaining a thorough filing system of paper documents for our auditor will be required. Attention to detail , efficiency and proficiency with accounting software will be required to be demonstrated from referees of similar kind of work.
I am knowledgeable in Microsoft office tools such as Word Processing, Microsoft excel and MS PowerPoint. Please discuss the details at me. And I can assure you that I can do it. Thanks.
