Convert Excel Worksheet into Fillable PDF

Need to convert an Excel worksheet that contains line art graphics into a PDF for that can be filled out on an iPad. I'm looking to team up with someone for multiple projects similar to this one (convert static PDF, Word documents and in some cases create a form based on a scanned hard copy all into fillable PDF forms that work with the iPad). This first project is a trial run to find the right person to add to our team.
