Conference call program

Hello, This project will be a flat rate of $200 USD.. I'm a software developer in the States and I have a project that I've started, but do not have the time to finish as this project has to be done by Feb. 24th at 11pm EST. Thus, it's a week and 1 day from the day I'm posting this. Also, I've started the code and most of the GUI (Windows Form) is finished. Below, I have mentioned that the user wants input files of .txt format. However, it is up to you whether you would like in instead search for Microsoft Word documents or both Word docs and txt files to count words found. The formatting is WAY better in the Word docs and thus, may be easier to match. However, processing a txt file will be faster than a Word doc. However, the speed at which the processing is done is NOT of importance. The end user knows they will have to click the "Search Directory" button and let the app run for a while. It may be better to process each file on a different thread (Background Worker?) and update the progress dialog/bar (mentioned below) by using a delegate that invokes back to the main thread...but I will leave that up to you. The words you will be finding and counting from will ALWAYS be from a txt file though. I can only add 4,000 characters to this area, so I've attached the project description as a Word doc. Also, you do not have to use any of my code or GUI, but I want to add it just so you know what I was thinking. I will send this to the person that gets the gig. I also will attach files you can use to test...a .csv detailing the output format I would like, and an example .txt that has words we would like to find ( a .txt file one word/phrase on each line, so it's easy to get the words we need to count). Also,I will be providing my email and phone for contact as I wanna be able to answer any questions you may have in a timely manner. Also of note, is that I will have more projects down the line, so if you do a good job, there will be more work. Thanks!! -Justin
