Customer Care & Sales - Bookings Support - Via Telephone / Email

HI, We're to hear from well organized teams which are flexible to handle volumes accordingly to our business flows. This project will be based on on-going relationship (monthly). We're looking for people with experience in customer care and support, able to perform in tight time-frames by receiving a request by email and handle it over the phone with another counterpart, within few minutes to accomplish each single case Along with the call we require to perform activity of sales, which have to be carried out in a proper manner, because the lead is already provided. Ideally we expect to be contacted by call -centre having multi-languages skills, equipped with phones and pcs. We provide all the software required, guidance, and all the support material. We expect to have quotes including the phone tariff (bundled with the operators). In terms of volumes, we expect to go from 10 calls a day up to 200 in 18 months.
