Hello, I understand that you are using apache, some mail application(could be interspire or active campaign), Linux machine and you want to fix the issues with respect to DNS. Please find our answer for your queries. I shall help in resolving the issue >>1. Add DMARC/DNSSEC to the domains available. You need to add SPF, DKIM key to fix this issue. >>2. Help us solving with the DNS servers being in the same subnet. Inorder to fix the issue, you may need to use two different nameserver rather than single one. I don't have clear idea how exactly your nameserver configured. Moreover, this is just an assumption based on the current scenario. I shall provide a better guidelines after getting the domain name. >>3. Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner We need to setup a reverse DNS(PTR record) to your server hostname. >>4. Add support for TLS This is an encryption that we need to include while sending out email. I can't say how exactly your server setup >>5. Improve Transaction time.
