Design a specific 3-phase filter for blocking noice

A cabinet has a incomming three phase system with 230 VAC between phases an neutral (400/230VAC )
Electrical engineer filter expert needed for various tasks.
The below is one task.
We need a filter that can block out noise between 110 kHz - 140 kHz coming from the incomming side. So noice from the incoming side should not be blocked to the secondary side.
As well the filter should not attenuate signals between 110 kHz - 140 kHz that are generated on the secondary side.
Requirements (can be discussed): Rated current 65 A.
Temperature: -25 C to 40 C
As small size as possible.
Provide how many dB we can expect over the filter.
Should meet safety regulation and EMC needed. Should be specified.
Delivery expected is material how to produce such a filter. A prototype will be made and tested.
Or if somebody can find a commercial alternative available in Sweden it could will also be considered.
