We plan on building this unit by the sea in Nothern Sri Lanka. ( Mannar Island ) The project is at a conceptual stage. We require a full set of architectural drawing s by a qualified architect. We will require two or three sketches before we sign off on the final. We will require a sample of work with your bid. ( if possible ) The building is to be made of a steel frame and we plan on using SIPS ( structurally insulated panels ) for the walls. You may modify or suggest alternatives to this structure. Because the studio faces the Sea , we have in our sketch provided for a longer roof to protect it from the elements.
