Do some 3D Modelling

We have a basic consumer product. No electronics are involved and we simply need designs/solutions for specific mechanical moving parts within our established dimensions. This will involve the detailed design and CAD drawings in a popular format (DWF, DXF etc.) of the following: 1) A simple hinge that hidden on the inner side of a frame so that a part can be opened and closed. 2) On either corner of a rectangular frame, two angular parts that can be opened or closed (requires certain force to change from one position to the other). These angular parts have to be connected to another part in between that will open/close with them. You will have very small area to work with for these moving parts (within roughly a 2mm square rod) 3) A track and rail system whereby the track is roughly 10mm wide,110mm in length and 1.5mm in depth. The system needs to be able to allow the rail to fit in smoothly and slide along while providing a soft "lock" in small intervals such that some force needs to be applied to move the rail forward. 4) A simple device attached to a rail in (3) that has a Kensington lock slot, whereby when a Kensington lock is inserted, it will engage two protruding parts that will not be movable. We have a completed CAD drawing of our frame, and need the specifics designed. More details can be provided upon request. A prototype of all the parts working properly is preferable, and would allow negotiation of a higher price.
