CAD design of structure and antenna

I require a CAD drawing of a pole to hold a radio antenna. Pole to mount to concrete. Pole to be 3 meters high. Average wind speed for area is 12mph. Wind loading on antenna 12lb @ 100mph. I need a the pole to be engineered for these conditions with a cad drawing showing pole and antenna as to be installed.

Please see attached specifications for the AMO-5G13 antenna.
