Custom WordPress template for a high school website.

Our current website owned by a third party company and we are looking for a creative web-designer to create a WP template to match our website ([login to view URL] ). The site has a calendar, press releases section and a photo album. The work we are looking for is just the design of the template. We're not planning on migrating the old website as we plan to get rid of it. Surely, there will be a few tweaks to the WP as adding a calendar plugin and a photo album, but the majority of the work will be designing the template.
