Design a small PCB for Bluegiga module

Hello, I have been associated with Hardware design (Circuit / Electronics design), PCB design, PCB Manufacturing, Component procurement and PCB Assembling for over 7 years. I have used various CAD/EDA tools for PCB design. Would you prefer any specific EDA tool for PCB design (or) any tool is okay? Do you have schematic in any format (or) we need to develop the circuit design too? The estimated cost and duration which I mentioned in the proposal is approximation only. After reviewing your detailed inputs, I will confirm the both. I have done many RF designs. Please send private message so that only I can send the pictures of previous designs. I have recently designed quite a few bluetooth circuits recently. They have used the Laid BL600 module, and the Nordic nrf51822, nRF8001 and the new nrf51422. If you write back then I will send you some photos of these boards. A typical range of 110ft was found including going between rooms.
