Design a patch rectenna for 2.4GHz

I need a *rectenna* designed for the 2.4GHz frequency band. The PCB size needs to be the size of an iPhone (details will be given once the project starts). I don't mind the topology of the antenna or what kind of rectifier circuit you use as long as it is as efficient as possible. I need all the documentation, schematics, pcb layout, software project files, simulation files, etc delivered to me after the work is done. This project is urgent and the delivery timeframe will be a very important selection factor. Keep on mind that this is a small one time project and I won't pay more than the indicated budget, any crazy proposal will be deleted and reported.
