Android to control Triac (1671975)

The project is to provide a high level design, including bill of materials of major components, of a circuit that can switch off and on a 120V, 15A, resistive load to be used in residential applications.

## Deliverables

An android app will be used to switch a 120V live voltage.

Possibly using a triac on the switching side but am open to other suggestions. Possibly using Bluetooth on the phone side but am open to other suggestions.

A follow on circuit design project requesting schematics and PCB layout is possible. The Android app is not designed and will be posted at a later date.

Design should include power requirements, regulator etc. We provide a half rectified AC with 2 resistors.

Size is of critical importance.

If there is an off the shelf module to do this, I would not be surprised.
