Need: I require a USB device that accepts usb input device, and allows me to remap specific keys to a different characters.
Example: When a user types the 5 key, the 5 key will output a 'j' in the user's operating system.
Usage Case: I can plug in a usb numpad, and remap specific keys to different characters. Software packages do exists that have this functionality, but I want a hardware solution.

I need a service provider with experience building teensy hardware components to build (or show me a comparable product) a usb to usb keyboard remapping device.
Steps:
I will select SP
I will release initial milestone funds to SP for purchasing components
SP will purchase components
SP will build and test device
SP will ship finished hardware to me.
I will release remaining funds
Skills required:
Be able to complete task based on forum post.
Be able to solder and complete arduino/teensy usb device
