G'day I've had a quick look at the eagle schematic, and the existing DXF files, as well as as the pictures of the existing product, Its all rather very straight forward. (Oh as well as the Kelco website which shows the F60 pump controller... ;) ) There is a fair amount of hours recreating your design, but its very straight forward, and very easily doable. I would like to talk to you about it first though. I have a few extra ideas for that controller that may be enticing for you.... About me; I'm an Electronics R&D Engineer from South-West Sydney with 25+ years in design to mass production. We owned our own PCBA company in Sydney for over 20 years, and I've been using Altium since it was first created called 'Protel' back in 1986... Wow! I may be a perfect candidate for this job. I have over 5 years experience designing professional electronic projects. I have done several professional project from client concept as well. I use Altium and Eagle for PCB designing. Please see my portfolio to see some of my recent designs in Altium. During PCB design, I always consider whether it is RF or High Speed or Power electronics or mixed signal PCB, because each type of them requires specific attention while laying out the traces. Hello, I am an embedded system designer since 2007, I have been involved in various innovative project ideas, bringing them into life. As for as the PCB designing is concerned, I have extensive experience in designing multi-layer, mixed technology (PTH/SMT), high density interconnects (HDI), FPGA, microprocessor, DDR2, PCIe, USG, and Gigabit Ethernet. Using different ECAD software (Altium, PCAD PCB/Schematic, Cadsoft Eagle, OrCAD, Mentor Graphics PADS 2007 and 9.1), CAMTASTIC (CAM350 type Gerber editor) and electro-mechanical design using AutoCAD 2000. All the above are completely licensed to me and fully access to it features and applications. I am really good at Altium. What I also offer is a final 3d board for viewing for a little extra. I can be done in a really good time and get the board exactly as your other or even better completely in SMD with the same layout.
