hello who are you ??? after reading your attached file and the figure that shows the block diagram of the project, you did not minion that why you use the controller, but it seems to edit the I V direction to improve the power factor, and save energy, which means that you use inductive load while the power factor always equal 1 in resistive load. and you did not minion anything about the result what do you need from simulink, but it seems that you need the I,V response while changing the light density and time. anyway if you are looking for professional electrical engineer to do this work, please contact me to farther in the project, and please let me know if you need a report with the simulation or not. good luck
