Hello, I understand that you are willing to amplify the headphone signal of the mobile phone to make it bigger. However, what is your aim for 300V? These voltages can be lethal and it is not an easy task to create such voltages with only a small battery and a weak signal source. Also, giving 300V to a mono jack socket is also not a good idea. These connectors are rated at about 50V maximum.
