DC Amperage Input Circuit Limiter Switching System
I have a solar charge controller that will handle up to 80Amps from my solar panel array. What I would like to do is add additional solar panels for lower light conditions and have them automatically disconnected from a DC Amperage Input Circuit Limiter Swiching System.
I would like to have a series of cutoff switches that can be activated or dis-activated depending on measured input never exceeding 80Amps.
Each switch would have to handle at least 10Amps and 18.0V dc (I will email panel specs of solar panels for engineer to look at and determine if there is a better option). The switches must be closed by default in order to not use power at nighttime but allow all panels to be connected to capture any available energy. The system must be able to operate from the 12v battery bank as well. It would have to have a single input that would handle 80 Amps from my existing solar array then secondary inputs for additional panels that will be controlled (I would like at least 12 switches so each panel would be ran in independently to each switch with a single output).
The unit must be enclosed in a metallic ground-able box with 1/4" connectors for terminals (input from 80Amp Array) and 1/4" for terminal connection output.
hi
sir i am an expert electrical engineer I can do it for you please share the further details of your panel design I assure you quality work and on time delivery
Please reply to discuss it further
