We require a programmer to develop a Delphi 6 VCL (or dll, but NOT ActiveX) based around the opensource PJSIP (possibly with the [login to view URL]) simple SIP libraries.
An example of basic funcionality of this library is detailed below. This is for inclusion in our call center application that currently supports the IAX2 protocol only.
The following component functionality is required:
Make and receive a SIP voice call.
Select a codec.
Select audio source etc
Receive call events. Such as Calling, Answered, Disconnected, incoming call etc.
The provided call events will be used to trigger visual events on the main form within our existing dialler application.
Example implementation of the 'Simple SIP Libraries' can be found here:

We will need a demonstration softphone complete with the relevant PJSIP dll's that we can soak test.
We propose a milestone payment of 50% on verified corrrect functionality of sample project (provided with Delphi 6 sample source code and compiled VCL) and then 50% on delivery of final VCL source code and basic documentation.
We need the full source for the VCL and also the copyrights to use as we see fit.
If required we can provide a SIP account for test purposes.
