Delphi 2010/Online backup tool - simple project

I have a database project using Delphi 2010 / Firebird / Fibplus. I now need some sourcecode for this project of a small utility that creates an online backup of the Firebird FDB file every x hours.

The utility should every x hours ZIP the FDB file (using Chilkat ZIP, [url removed, login to view]), encrypt it (using Chilkat Crypt, [url removed, login to view]) and then upload it to a FTP server (using Chilkat [url removed, login to view]). Please only use the Chilkat components for this. Chilkat website has free trial versions of these components.

Simple project, fixed budget 40 USD.
